Reduce, reuse, recycle, eat a mushroom. You heard us. Do your part for the planet by choosing sustainably grown ingredients like the mighty mushroom!

How can something so meaty and delicious also be so earth friendly? Our favorite fungi require minimal land, water and energy to grow. Researchers have even noted that mushrooms can be considered “one of the most sustainably produced foods in the United States.”*

It doesn’t get mush’ better for the planet than that. Which is why we’re declaring mushrooms as The Official Ingredient for Earth Day.
