Portabellas on the grill? This easy grate-to-plate method brings out big flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 large portabella mushroom caps, stems removed and wiped clean
- 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
- Brush both sides of the portabella caps generously with the mixture.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place mushrooms cap-side down directly on the grill grates. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until tender and nicely charred.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
