What is The Blend?

The Blend is a cooking technique that combines chopped mushrooms with ground meat to make meals more delicious, nutritious and sustainable. The Blend can be used in all of your favorite recipes: burgers, tacos, meatloaf, lasagna, pasta sauce, meatballs and more!

Chop

your favorite mushroom variety to match the consistency of ground meat.

*Optional: Prior to chopping, roast mushrooms for 10-15 minutes to enhance flavor. Cool, then chop, blend and cook.

the chopped mushrooms with ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey – even tofu!).
