Mushroom Month 2020 Is A Go!

There have been many cancellations and postponed events this year, but Mushroom Month 2020 is still a go! We teamed up with some of our mushroom-loving friends to bring you an epic month of delicious recipes and helpful tips so you can enjoy a #MushroomADay all September long. 

Here’s how it will work: First, be sure you’re following us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. That’s where everything will be shared. Each week, we will feature a specific variety to stock up on your weekend grocery runs so you’ll be ready to get cooking when each new recipe drops. If you want to plan your grocery lists ahead of time, here are the weekly ‘shrooms: 

Week One (Sept. 1-4): White Buttons 

Week Two (Sept. 7-11): Criminis 

Week Three (Sept. 14-18): Portabellas 

Week Four (Sept. 21-25): Specialties (e.g. Oyster, King Trumpet, Beech) 

From registered dietitians and recipe developers to casual foodies and home cooks, mushrooms lovers everywhere are coming together to enjoy a month of fungi fun. We’re excited to have you join us!
