  1. I was attracted to the bbq stuffed sweet potato, but last minute decided against the bbq sauce. The beef and chopped mushrooms were cooked well with garlic, seasoned salt, beef seasoning and liquid aminos. Then deglazed the pan with wine. Put this on the sweet potato loved the savory goodness of the mushrooms enhanced with all the rest!
